Best Costa coffee place I've ever been.
The service was legendary, especially a barista called Jederey, really nice
But they were all lovely.
The service was friendly but also still fast and the drinks were outstanding.
Absolutely recommend.
Again, big shoutout to Jederey, best barista ever.

I didn't like the way your staff handled the top of the glass with their fingers. Mauled the rim of the glass. It kinda put me off: the potential lack of hygiene. My first day working in a bar my manager told me "you've about eight inches of a glass to handle. The rim is for the customers lips." That kinda stuck with me. He's not far from wrong with that.

This Costa was quite busy when I visited. I ordered two hot chocolates which were very nice and the seating was comfortable as we got two large armchairs. However, service was very poor and unpleasant. There was no hello from the assistant just “are you alrigh?” - this was the standard for all customers. I said hello but was ignored as she just stared at me. It costs nothing to be polite and I found this terrible. I noticed they don’t have names on their receipts but “Cashier: Employee”.
